Convenient Transportation to Parksville Beach Festival Summer Concerts
The McMillan Arts Centre (MAC), in partnership with Ambassador Transportation, Island Chauffeur and the Parksville Beach Festival Society, is pleased to offer a dedicated shuttle service for major concert events during the 2026 Parksville Beach Festival season.
Whether you're attending April Wine, Beachfest ROCKS! or Blue Rodeo, our shuttle service provides a simple, affordable and stress-free way to go to and from the concert grounds.
Shuttle Pick-Up Locations
Knox United Church – 345 Pym Street, Parksville V9P 1E4
Ballenas Secondary School – 135 Pym Street, Parksville V9P 1E9
Festival Site Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Ravenhill Road
Final pick-up details and departure schedules will be confirmed closer to each event.

Shuttle Pass Pricing
Round-Trip Shuttle Pass: $15 per person
Beachfest ROCKS! 3-Day Pass: $35 per person (Inclusive of tax and fees)
How to Purchase
Shuttle passes can be purchased online here or in person through MAC Box Office. Your tickets will be emailed to you, so you can print them out, or present them on your phone to the shuttle host.
Rider Information
For the comfort and safety of all passengers, the following items are not permitted on shuttle vehicles:
- Alcohol
- Pets
- Large coolers or wagons
- Umbrellas
Guests are encouraged to bring their own folding chairs for April Wine and Beachfest Rocks!
