Creative Kids: Autumn Colours, Leaf Art

Parental Participation Required, aimed for children 2-10yrs old
Location: MAC Studio
Celebrate the changing of the autumn leaves eith this fun kids workshop exploring the fall foliage. we will make our own patterned leaves, explore leaf rubbings and make fall collages. Cone drop in between 10am-12pm and the studio will be set up to craft. Imogen, our fabulous instructor, will be there to explain, inspire and encourage.

About the instructor: Imogen McPherson-Forster
Imogen is a fourth-year student in the Bachelor of Visual Arts program at Vancouver Island University. She works with a mix of materials and processes, including sculpture, painting, and printmaking. Many of her projects are large-scale and involve welding, sewing, or building with cardboard and other everyday materials. She enjoys experimenting with texture and structure to see how they can tell a story or create a certain feeling.
