Rough & Tough: an Art Gems workshop with Dennis Brown
This workshop is about adding different surface features to your acrylic painting that will add some complex marks, shapes, and texture. Dennis will conduct a short demo and bring examples of his work. He will always have available a variety of materials for the class to use and attach to their canvasses. When the attachments are complete then the exciting painting begins. Each person will go home with a unique completed painting.

About the Instructor: Dennis takes pleasure in the process of painting the things he is passionate about. He wants to encourage others to share their experiences, emotions or memory through their art. He strongly believes it is his role as an artist to evoke awareness in the power of art to influence all mankind. Dennis Brown is a painter well-known for his expressive abstracts in acrylic and colour saturated watercolours.
