Our goal is to have fun through creative expression while learning some basic art elements, art principles and art history.

Creative Kids Summer 2024 program is on its way!
We are busy planning a summer of fun for Creative Kids ages 8-12. We have a host of classes to choose from; both new ones, and favourites, and classes will again take place in our Community Art Garden.
This year we are even planning a week-long summer Art Camp – stay tuned for details!

About our Creative Kids Program Coordinator: Alex Carr
Alex Carr is an artist and illustrator living in Parksville BC. She loves exploring different mediums and styles, for example pencil drawing, digital illustration, acrylic painting and more. She likes to have fun with her work and express the beauty of the natural world. She is interested in a variety of subjects; be it plants, people or forest, there is always something interesting to draw or paint.
