About the Instructor:
My philosophy as an art educator:
“The basic premise in any effective art education workshop or course is to honour and acknowledge your previously-acquired skills and to honour your own important and life-gained experiences which you are bringing with you into my courses of study.”
I will therefore encourage each student to share their work and continue to develop their own personal “visual language” with the goal of building an awareness about the importance of an “inner/critical dialogue” that I believe each painter undertakes every time a new work is started.
My goal as your art instructor is to help you finds ways to effectively communicate with others through the Art you make and choose to share.
