The paintings in this exhibition centre around my thoughts on connection. All these paintings come from my being surrounded by beauty in my life. The landscape, especially trees and water, fill me with such healing energy. It has been a challenging few years dealing with grief and surrounding myself with beauty is like a healing balm. We move through this life quickly and when I contemplate on what brings me joy, it’s always about love and beauty. Whether it’s your home, a vase of flowers or a walk in nature, these things are all connected energy, just as we all are… What would we ever do without love and beauty in our lives? I’m so very grateful to have the opportunity to hang my inspiration on these walls for a little while. May these paintings inspire you to contemplate what is important to you in your life. “Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things” Robert Brault In these trying times it’s so important to balance our lives out with beauty. May that be through nature, art, music, the love of your people…. Make time every day for surrounding yourself with mindful beauty. Thank you for taking the time to visit my work.
