JOIN US FOR FEBRUARY EXHIBITS OPENING RECEPTION:  SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9th, 1-3 pm

Todd McAneeley was born in Humboldt Saskatchewan in 1963. Todd and his family had a cabin at a nearby lake where he would fall in love with nature.

At the age of 15, Todd and his family moved to Vancouver Island and his passion for the outdoors became stronger. He graduated in Duncan, BC in 1981 and went to college for a drafting certificate. He drew plans for over a decade but knew he wanted to pursue a career where he would be more connected to nature.

Todd married his wife, Brenda in 1997 in Duncan. Brenda noticed an ad in the paper for a furniture making course. He jumped on the opportunity and has been creating furniture and cabinets ever since.

In 2011 he was hired by Live Edge Design, a well known and respected custom furniture company in Duncan. Todd started collecting wood offcuts from work and in 2013 opened a business that creates artistic mirrors and wood wall art. He still works for Live Edge Design but he is busy in the evenings and weekends carving nature-related projects that he sells mostly online and in art galleries.
